Flex & Flow is a signature wellness & movement experience developed by Enxhi, created especially for women who want to experience it all: the strength of Pilates, the flow of yoga, and the elegance of ballet in one refined class.
Through controlled and fluid exercises, Flex & Flow supports strength, posture, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness — while helping you move with more grace and confidence.
The class is designed for all levels, from complete beginners with no previous ballet or training background to more experienced movers who want to deepen their practice.
Each session finishes with Ballet Afterglow — a calming closing ritual with breathing, positive reflection, and a small “note to yourself” moment, created to help you leave lighter, softer, and more connected.

Silver Swans is a gentle ballet-based movement program for women aged 55+, designed to support healthy ageing through elegance, coordination, balance, mobility, and confidence.
The classes are adapted to the individual body and are also suitable for older adults with physical limitations or movement challenges, such as Parkinson’s, depending on personal needs and abilities.
Silver Swans can be offered as a private session or as a small class for two people. Home visits are also possible for clients who prefer to train in a familiar and comfortable environment.
